You can now check the availability of the products you want on the product page.

Items marked with a green tick are normally in stock at our Wimbledon warehouse. You can place your order for these items and expect them to be delivered next working day for orders placed before 4pm (orders placed over the weekend will normally be delivered on the following Tuesday).

The items that are not marked with a green tick will have a lead time that signifies the delivery time of the product from date of purchase.

An example of this is shown below:

Here, Polished Brass Lacquered and Satin Nickel Plate are both made to order, and have a 5 week lead time. Whereas, Polished Chrome Plate is in stock.

Please note: any items that are non-stocked with a lead time of over 1 week cannot be cancelled or returned.

Items which require special packaging or are oversize may incur extra charges. These items are highlighted as 'oversized'.
